Then just to be sure he puts a fire proof version of the flag on the sun. Now his Flag is the highest at all times of the day! Then casts a super powerful all ultimate spell so that no matter what anyone might do the flags will always reappear right where they were.

Amaya burns all the flags except the one on the sun that she doesn't have to worry about because the sun is so bright that grell's flag is only a black rectangle. Then just skips around singing about her winning.
