New Plot Idea Thing

So I kind of have a vague idea for a new mini-plot.
What I like to do is take various fairy tales and sort of twist them into something more morbid and odd, and set it in the Kuroverse to make a plot. It works surprisingly well.
So I'd been thinking I'd like to come up with another plot to maybe play after we finish the Sweets plot [if it gets finished soon].

Anyway, my idea! Basically...

There's an old urban legend about a fairy, that, in the night plays a haunting melody on her ocarina. The melody can only be heard by children, supposedly, and is so sweet and gentle that it summons them to the source. Once they've arrived, the fairy awaits to whisk them off to a magical dream land where they'll have nothing but fantastic dreams for all eternity. [Based on the Three O'clock Fairy]

So this 'fairy' could actually be a type of demon or something.

Thus, the people that this would affect is anyone below 18, they would, obviously, be drawn to the music. And it would also affect people who care for them, for example, Sebastian, if I get affected.
This can be played in multiple threads, if you guys really like my demon, so the story will branch out a little more instead of only affecting canons, like usual. [As long as I can keep up with the posts.]

I'm all for this! Sounds like a lotta fun, though I have another question/suggestion. Could there be multiple fairys? Like, maybe more than one demon, or one demon and one angel, that way it won't put so much strain on you as I'm sure there will be many people starting a thread, and it also gives someone else a chance to be even more involved in a plot if they can't really do anything directly with it, like if they don't have a character under 18 (though I kinda doubt that).

Also another question, would this melody affect demons as well? I know it wouldn't affect one like Sebastian, but if there was like a 'child demon' regardless of age, would it affect them to or is it only to humans? (I'm just curious)

This is a really interesting plot idea~
I'd like to sign Andra up to be the reaper that investigates this at first, because she reaps with music. She'd be applaud by the misuse of such a beautiful thing.

I think that demons can hear the song, but not really be affected by it. I mean, humans are really open to suggestion, and that's really what the music is doing; it uses a frequency to hypnotize and suggest. I suppose if you have a demon that's really weak and easily swayed, it might.

I've got yet another question...
Would the melody affect all children under 18, or would certain teenagers be able to resist it if they had an adultish mentality? Like, Ciel is 13 (right? o0) but he is definitely no child by personality, would that mean he might have some resistance? The same goes for Jace, who's as grown up as one can get. Or does the melody affect all who are young, never mind their personality?

Yeah, the more closed your mind is, the easier it is to resist. Children are more open to suggestion than adults are and you know, they're more imaginative, so how easily it affects them is based upon how mature they are. Someone like Ciel wouldn't easily fall under the spell, but it's still possible, cause after all, Ciel is still a human child. I like to think that underneath his very cold exterior, he still has childish wants and needs.

In response to Maeka's question, it could affect older people, but the 'fairy' would be less interested in them.
