Attire: [/color] A pre-flapper air was about the woman’s scarlet dress, the ruffled layers starting mid-hip and continuing down into for three full drops before just caressing the top of her ankles in the third. The waist merged up into a fold of crimson that perfected a delicate bow around the swagger of her shapely bottom, the edges of the large ribbon left to hang heavily behind her. Emerging from under the fitting bow was a dangerous climb of tightly fitting carmine corset, the edges trimmed in a delicate hint of black. Yet, its immodest nature was hidden from view with the addition of her jacket. The ruby shaded fabric was trimmed with a thick line of black, adding a sharp contrast against the neck of white satin that emerged as jabot— a blood-red broach sitting admits the sea of innocent white with a malicious gleam. Accenting the vermilion wardrobe was a scarlet sun-hat, and a black lace fan clutched lightly between black-satin gloved finger tips that matched the parasol hanging from the crook of her arm.

Demonic Appearance: [/color] When stepping into her 'true' form, she gains a set of horns that curl upwards from her crown. A powerful and heavy set of wings emerge from her hips, and are often wrapped around her legs like a set of skirts. A lengthy tail with a spade-tip often swishes at her back side. The skin of her wings and tail are a rough leather texture, and are very durable. She may also become more 'desirable' to members of the opposite sex, due to her nature as a succubi.

Succubus Legend
The lore I drew my idea of succubi from, are a mixture of different cultures and my own fictional belief. My ideas do not reflect those of other succubi on this form, and likewise I would ask that you do not assume Madam is like any other type of succubi. Read first, and ask questions if you desire.

Madam is completely contractible to any species, although it is likely she will never find interest in taking a contract.
While she is capable of devouring a soul like a regular demon, she does not often choose too. Angelina relies mostly on absorbing 'energy' from a host, and there are several forms of energy she can feed on.

• Physical Energy:

[/color] From physical contact with a living entity, she can drain the life from with in it. For instance, if she cupped a rose in her hands and concentrated she could suck its energy away and the rose would shrivel up and crumble. This form of energy absorption does not give her very much energy, but it may quell her thirst for a day or two.

[/li][li]Emotional energy: [/color] From being present around individuals experiencing a great amount of emotion, she can absorb the energy this creates without needing to touch a host. Strong emotions such as anger and fear produce more energy then happiness or mild sadness. Depression however, produces a large amount of energy as well.

[/li][li]Soul Energy: [/color] This type of energy is all together different then physical or emotional energy-- it is the energy of your soul itself. Generally, the soul is guarded by our physical bodies, and it is nearly impossible to remove with out killing the mortal. However, there are moments when our soul energy is accessible to demons. When we sleep, our soul is left very vulnerable. Demons are able to turn our dreams into nightmares, and suck away our energy this way. Also when we experience great physical pain or pleasure, our soul energy leaks out of us. Some succubi only tap into the pain and pleasure portion of mortal bodies. Some succubi have learned how to torment mortals in their sleep, and turn their greatest fears into a reality to suck away soul energy as well.

[/li][li]Side Note[/color]: A succubi will generally not suck away your entire supply of Soul Energy, as doing so would kill a mortal. They often only take a portion to satisfy themselves, and leave a mortal with enough to survive. The mortal will feel weak, with almost flu-like symptoms. Sometimes they never remember the succubi, or they play it off as a delusion from the flu. However, if left for several weeks the mortal will regain their lost soul energy. However a trained Angel, or Reaper can tell when a mortal has been tainted by a succubi. There is a distinguishable mark left on the persons soul from the encounter.[/li][/ul]

(Prologue)
Anger. Revenge. Hatred.
They were such strong words, filled with thick venom that all but pulsed of a certain scarlet hue. It was a succulent crimson taste of jaded emotion that filled the soul and abolished any hopes of redemption. So thus while staring into the eyes of judgment, one Angelina Durless smiled and welcomed damnation. For it provided her with everything she would need; in time of course.

In that dark abyss there was a twist of existence. She was not anywhere, and yet was everywhere at once. She was not alive and yet she was not quite dead. Her soul was levitating between two planes of existence while she awaited the final call of her fate. While the weavers of destiny weighed the options of her emotion-driven power against the damage she would do. Deciding that she would prove good entertainment, and finally obtain the peace of mind she had not in a mortal existence-- she was released.

(Present Time)
A scarlet frame perched along the parapet of a frozen night. Posed in such a rigid state its frame almost merged with the architecture of the gothic structure. Gleaming eyes held life however, a piercing shade of scarlet that fluxed with translucent shade of light. The light would cast strange shadows over the contours of her face from the flicker of energy with in her, causing the light of her eyes to wane from bright to dim every few minutes. Pupils were but slit of darkness, dilating as they changed focus. Painted lips with a soft cherry shade curled, pulling forth a venomous expression of utter satisfaction. Soon she would strike.

Every night she would find them as they worked, settle herself among the natural camouflage given by the surroundings and study them. Shadows had become apart of her, swallowing her vibrant attire. For red turned to grey the fastest in the lack of light. Tonight was no different then all the other's. Blood pulsed through the scarlet women's being, the beat seeming to match every move of the reapers she haunted. Every time they reared back for a killing blow, she could feel that murderous urge follow along with them. Anne could taste the death as it filled the air, and it made her squirm with delight. The metallic hint of blood that caused her to take a breath of appreciation for the life that had shed it.

Angelina was not the woman she had been in mortal life-- she couldn't remember a moment of it. There were the occasional flashes of a man with dusty grey hair that she loved, and memories of the man's charming son with bright blue eyes. But beyond the brief glimpses she knew nothing of her past life. In not knowing, she would find no irony in what she had become. The woman that tortured the life of prostitutes, now condemned to live eternity as a succubus. Fate was cruel sometimes.

Angelina's demonic nature was still weak, being so young to the immortal night. With her powers still unidentified, the shingamii that she found herself fascinated with had yet to notice her presence. By the time they would finish their missions, she would always be gone. Never staying long enough to be found-- it wasn't worth the risk. Yet the woman in red found herself almost addicted to finding them, unable but to draw herself to the scenes of death and watch the last breath of mortal life be crushed away. She always hoped to find a familiar face in one of those dark alleyways. Did that angelic face with hair as crimson as her own with a demonic smile exist? She was doubtful that the memory of Grell was even true. If he did exist however, she would soon find him.

A slender green jacket stretched the length of his torso, golden buckles lacing up the sides and connecting the collar around his neck. Under the jacket, was a fitted black turtleneck. Leather gloves spanned from his finger tips to the elbows, a silver slot along the upper part of the wrist, giving key to the metallic sword that was hidden in the depths of each arm. A belt of chains, with little use wrapped around his hips, hooking into the loops of leather pants that clung against him like a second skin, a metallic skull gleaming defiantly serving as the buckle for the chain linked belt. The tight material slid right down over his caffs, blending nearly seamlessly in the platform boots that covered his lower half. Knee high, steal toed foot wear dangerously enticing with the sharp points of spikes rising outwards from the gold painted- metallic covering over the toes. Golden eyes narrowed, gleaming through the pop-bottle glasses that were perched on the edge of his nose, the arms hooking around his ears. Pointed lengths having one single piercing on each side, from which two sets of pure silver crosses hung. Stereotypical braid curling behind his back, matching the curl of lips that flashed a devious glimpse at the fangs behind those pale lips.

Holy Energy: Edward is unable to walk in holy ground (churches) without his powers draining away. If he was to touch holy-relics and he will sustain burns to his flesh relative to how long he has held them. Holy-water will sear away his flesh, and cause agony to him. The man is able to 'sense' holy things, and will avoid them at all costs.

Edward stands about 6'4" and weights in on about 180lbs. He's over 2500 years old and was born in Rome, Italy. At an early age he was abused by his father, and ended up killing the man because he murdered his mother. He left then, joining a local group that exploited children to steal things in exchange for a roof over their heads. Eventually, Edward grew to be respected for his quick eye and speed. Yet, the life of a thief was not one this young man wanted. He became highly interested in much more rarer artefacts-- He came a merchant, dealing in what one could only call a black market.

He was mortal up until this point, when he meet someone he could truly call 'father'. Edward was dealing with particularly dangerous people at the time, that ended him up dead. In would step Adrian Regis, an elder vampire whom responsible for the mortals death and thus turned Edward into his fledgling. Edward was eternally grateful to Adrian for saving him, and with Adrian as a proper 'role model father' Edward soon quieted down into a much more respectable character. In the years to come, Edward would gain more family as his new father saved more humans and brought them into the colony. Things were going quite well for them at the time, but all things good come to an end.

They were attacked during Edward's 500 birthday, one in which Adrian had left early to meet the Elder (Adrians' own mother) of their clan. It was in short a bloody massacre, in which Edward was the sole survivor. But he did not survive because he fought, instead he fled in terror. Edward was never more ashamed of himself for never trying to save his family.

Adrian, devastated by the loss of his children was in no position to help Edward; who all but vanished from radar until the late 1700's. Edward surfaced on a journey to the new world, and since then he has lived in North America. To this day, he is wanted in 30 states for grand thief, arson, position of illegal substances and anything else you could imagine. He is however, forever changing his name with fake identities, and thus always managing to stay a step a head of the police. As of the last 50 years he had resided in New York, running his own gunsmith store.

The Elder
This ancient coven of the undead is home to thousands. They live under a strict dictatorship of their elder. While a firm and seemingly merciless ruler, their currently elder, Taraka, has proven to have a pure heart when it comes to the protection of her family. It is her belief that every vampire in her coven is her child regardless if they are turned of another of her children. All of their blood is decedent from her own, and she is the reason they are able to survive. Her blood gives them her power--although she holds restrictions over what powers others are allowed to access with her blood. This is so no one vampire may try control his brethren. All vampires are equal in her house to each other, but yet none are equal to her self due to the fact she is their mother. She however recognizes that equality does not mean respect. She promotes her eldest children to hold guidance over the younger vampires, and to help them find their way in the world. These eldest children are the ones she turned her self many eons ago. Adrian, Artimis, Kash, Damien, and Esmeralda are all her direct descendants. These direct descendants are refereed to as the 'first' generation. Any child sired under them are refereed to as the 'second generation', and so forth. These generations depict how distant from the Elder Mother they are, and there for determine how powerful they are allowed to become. A second generation will never surpass a first generation in terms of power.

Doctrine of Vangelis
The nine rites of the Dasmascus clan are founded in the blood of a fallen deity who swore allegiance to the protection of the earth for the corruption of evil. Vangelis, or Vangie, was the form of Taraka before she fell from grace.

Through penance, the immortal soul is purged of its sins and given a pardon.
Judgment
Thou shall not judge mortal kind of their own weakness unless ignorance of their innocence is begotten.
Indulgence
Thou shall not indulge on the blood of mortal innocence unless willing consent is begotten.
Protection
With in limitations of thy own blood, thou will protect the innocence of mortal kind.
Respect
Thou shall not trespass against the will of mortal innocence unless willing consent is begotten.
Oath
Thou shall live in harmony with the blood of thy bother and sister. Thou art of the same beginning and the same end.
Purity
Thou blood is not thine own, but is of thy Elder's sacrifice. Thy blood shall not be tainted by another coven without loosing thy protection of thy mother elder.
Providence
Thou shall take not the living breath of mortal innocence by thine own hand. Mortal innocence may only be taken on the death not caused by thine own hand.
Remembrance
In thy last breath thou may give thy blood to sister or brother of thy coven. Thine memory shall live on in the heart and soul of thy sister or brother. But in doing so thou spirit shall not rest until thy sister or brother too perish.[/ul]


Any of the Dasmascus clan that violate these rules, are subject to judgment by the Priesthood of Vangelis. The Priesthood is a select group of vampires who have dedicated themselves to the word of Vangelis. They train and counsel the younger vampires with the lessons taught to the coven from their Elder Mother. Violation of any of these rules earns punishment depending to the severity that the code was broken.

A beautiful young woman with an impressive height and stature. Those piercing eyes hold a force to be reckoned with behind their half-moon spectacles. The woman is native to France, but has fluent English. She wears a sleek black pencil-skirt, fish-net stockings, and knee high boots. A dark maroon vest is wrapped around a dress-shirt, with a black tie perfectly hung. All of this is tucked neatly behind a waist-length jacket. She carries her self with a professional air, and rarely seems to smile. Soft coral hair is her only strange feature, the lengthy locks tumbling down her sides and driving in the wind behind her.

Weapon Collection ♥
Andra's scythe is actually a large cherry wood cello. The woman believes in soothing the victims of death into a peaceful and tranquil sleep. A sleep that they will never wake up from.

As the woman plays, her victims find themselves becoming groggy and tired. They can not resist the urge to sleep, and sleep they do. Her laments are specially targeted against her current collection-- meaning only those who are too die can hear the music.

Andra can also play harmless melodies on the same cello as well, which are nothing short of a musical genius. She plays nothing written by other composers, claiming that the music she plays are the stories of the souls she's collected. The woman feels that their lives should live on to be remembered, and she honours their existence by placing the memories of their cinematic record to music.

Andra prefers a passive form of soul collection, and can rarely be found actually fighting. However, she is capable of defending her self if desired. The large cello case she totes around with her is specially designed to be used as a blunt-weapon. The metallic case provides quite the crushing blow, and makes quite a nice shield.

It is rumoured that the bow she uses is woven from the hair of a siren. It has not be been confirmed if this is true or not.

Andra is well toned, and physically capable of holding her own in any fight. She carries around a metallic cello case that weighs well over 200lbs, and does so with ease.

She is gifted with the patience of a saint, and has never been known to raise her voice or show anger.

She views violence as a last resort, and prefers a diplomatic approach to any problem.

Her quiet nature is often seen as cold and humourless. She does not get along well in social groups, and often prefers to alienate herself from her peers. As such, she has issues working with partners but will sacrifice her comfort for the sake of getting her job finished.

She is a work-o-holic, and rarely allows herself the time to relax.

She is rarely verbal, and speaks only when it is necessary to get her point across.

History ♥
Andra's was born a reaper, and as such she has had an exceptionally talented career weaving souls into music. She was once a joyous and happy girl, raised by two loving parents and with out a care in the world. But the death of her mother hit hard when the woman was only into her teens, and just starting her training. She withdrew into her self, and lost that cheerful spark of life.

Her father took another route to mourn the loss of his wife-- he became reckless and driven by anger. Andra grew up watching her father work himself into an early grave. Andra had no support from her father as her training progressed. It came of no surprise to the young reaper when she was notified of her father's death on the field. He had simply lost himself in the only thing he had left.

Andra has grown up slightly dysfunctional as a result of her situation. She does not know how to receive affection or compassion, nor does she know how to express it. She harshly cut off any attempts by her France division to make friends. Her transfer to the British Division is in her supervisors attempt to expose the woman to new people, in hopes she may open up and find something worth living for besides her job.

Andra of course, was not told this story. Her official reason for transfer was a mission for hunting a demon that had been terrorizing France for years. She was sent to track him, and to neutralize the threat. Upon completion of her mission, she is to remain in Europe to assist the British Division and provide relief efforts for their staff-shortage.

I'm Madam, but here's a little teaser.

It had been a dark night at the French headquarters. A very dark night. Everyone knew, and several were quite delighted at the news. One Alexandra Winters, was not pleased. In fact, she was less then that-- she was nearly furious. It took a great deal of events to make the woman displeased; she had the patience of a saint. But it took an even greater effort for her display any level of discomfort.

The woman would be found in the courtyard, bleeding a sorrow-filled melody out into the inky twilight. Head bowed, her length coral stands of hair were tangled about her arms and flowed down around the sides of her instrument. Such an impressive creation, the cherry wood cello was. Its ancient body covered with intricate designs of roses weaving together with delicate but deadly thorns. Its surface was well polished, and there was not a scratch on its surface. Andra valued her companion greater then anything else.

Andra was lost in her instrument. The musical tone that waffled out from her fingertips was enchanting, a tense air of despair seemed to be painted across the area. She was livid, and yet all she could express was her eminence sadness. She had been born on these grounds, raised and trained on the very earth under her polished heels. Her parents had died for this counties people, and she had grown up without their guidance... and for what? To be hated by her comrades, and to be scorned by the administration that held rule over the France Division. She knew the real-reason for the transfer, and it was not the pitiful reason they had pinned on her. The demon was a pathetic excuse, she was too valuable of a field-respondent to waste on a rouge demon gallivanting around the country side. While she admitted, the demon was dangerous-- she knew several younger agents that could handle it easily.

She did not resent their sending her to deal with it-- she would neutralize it efficiently. It was their desire to transfer her to the other division indefinitely. She felt betrayed by the one person she had trusted must; her dispatch manager. The man had known her parents, and had become more of an adoptive father to her. She could not see his reasoning in his decision, truly she could not.

When her song had ended, she remained poised for another song. But nothing more came to her, and for the first time in her life the woman found her voice had quieted. Her eyes would lift to find her self meeting the case of her manager. Those acid green eyes did not waver from his own, and their gaze held for several long seconds before the man approached her. Andra dropped her gaze, and scowled.
"Andra--" he started.
"Don't, Andrew." she cut him off, keeping her head bowed as she placed her instrument back in its large metallic case.
"But--"
"I don't want to know your reasons." She voiced icily. "Whatever they are, I am sure they're justified." Her fingers caressed over the velvet lining cushioned the body of her beautiful instrument. Her bow was perched on the upper side of the case, before the whole thing was snapped shut suddenly and locked. She stood fluidly, ignoring the hurt expression in the man's soft green eyes. Without looking back, she slung the large metallic case up over one shoulder, and gripped its leather strap tightly. With a solid determination she headed towards her room-- she needed to pack. Never looking back, she would miss the crestfallen expression of her manager, and the quiet good bye he whispered.

Golden silk sheets hung from golden hooks along the robe, making a cape at her back, and a matching skirt around her waist. Arching from her slender spine was a flow of creamy white feathered wings, pure in shade and touched only with the slightest hint of tan around the tips of the flight feathers along the lower end of her wings. A silver cross hung around her neck, resting between her cleavage, matching ear rings hooked through each of her ears. The accessories matched the storm grey colour of her eyes which seemed to flow off gentle warmth of mirth. The female seemed to easy going and gentle, like a warm autumn wind. The only thing that seemed out of place was the bandages that wrapped around her slender wrists. Her body is littered with scars from the wounds she has absorbed from living beings. Shape Shifting: Ability to morph parts of, and or all of his body into that of another beings. Trauma Absorption: Ability to absorb minor to major damages from living beings, and have them be inflicted onto himself. Second Chance: If attempting to absorb damage from a killed mortal-- he can become very ill. But in return he breaths his life energy into the lifeless corpse, reversing the separation of the soul from a mortal body. This ability has only been used on several occasions when it he is directed by Fate to intervene. Memory Melt: In attempt to ease the suffering of a mortal, he can 'lock away' certain memories that are too painful to address at their current mental state. He is able to influence what a human remembers of a certain event as well. When the human is more mentally stable, he can release the memory lock so that the person remembers what truly happened slowly. Glory of the First: A powerful radiating light that becomes too intense for even other angel's to witness. It drives all shadows from an area, and may very well be painful for demons to remain present in. The ground around him is left 'blessed' for a certain amount of time. Regenerating Aura: A nurturing blue light that washes over the area in a 50 yard radius. This light purges disease and sickness from mortals, and causes plant life to flourish to life. Weakness Gabriel walks a very fine line between Heaven and Earth. He has made many sacrifices for his faith that he has started to regret. In the past he was an extremely self-sacrificing individual and went to extreme lengths to protect his charges, or fellow angels. As age and regrets shaped him, he slowly became a man of opportunity and is not beyond sacrificing others for the 'greater good' of the whole Kingdom... even himself. History This elder angel has existed since the beginning, and has witnessed many of the classic events within the Heavens. Events such as the fall of Lucifer, and the creation of mankind. Gabriel's story is a tragic one of betrayal, pain, and sacrifice. It started easily enough, being graced into the world at the right hand of the father. He was a charming and inspiring youth who showed nothing but potential for great things. With a kind hand for even the smallest of earths creations, Gabriel started his life as a simple messenger for the divine. He traveled great distances carrying the words of his King on his silk tongue, helping the children of his father. It was amidst his travels Gabriel became close to Lucifer, another angel. Several of their missions to the other realms had crossed their paths together. But the act never ended; even when they were in private. Lucifer was consumed with envy and pride-- and Gabriel? He was too blind with his love for the man to see any fault in him. By the time that Gabriel woke up to see Lucifer for what he had become-- he no longer recognized the man he had loved. It had been on the eve of the battle, when Lucifer approached Gabriel to tell him the truth. Gabriel was tempted by the offer his lover had given him. He could rule at the man's side for eternity, recognized and worshiped for everything he did-- instead of being over looked and ignored. But Gabriel was too shaken by the darkness he found in Lucifer’s spirit. The man had lied to him, tried to pull him into the darkness and denounce him from their King. Deciding to give the man a taste of that pain, he agreed to give his loyalty to Lucifer in the battle. But when that battle came, Gabriel stood on the side of his King. Both consumed by rage at the other's decision, they clashed with a fury that surprised even the other angels around them.
