Abilities/Strengths:
High dexterity and speed.
Swims as if it were his natural environment, and can hold his breath underwater for an indefinite amount of time.
Retained magical powers from his mortal life.
He can only faint if he tries to cast too much or too powerful of a spell, not die.
His demon form on Earth is an eagle.
Resistant to cold, whether natural or supernatural.
Normal demon benefits, including increased senses, hastened healing, etc.
Control over water and ice.
Absorbs some energy from magical attacks directed at him.
Inabilities/Weaknesses: \
Weakness to fire. Takes more damage from it than usual, and cannot stand too close to very hot things for long.
Weakness to lightning and electrical attacks. Takes more damage from it than usual.
As Demons do not have 'physical energy' in the same sense as mortals, he cannot regenerate his energy stores naturally. However, his training with magic, which relies on control over the natural energy present in the soul, allows him to extract partial souls from mortals rather than whole ones.
Little physical strength, compared to most demons. Compared to humans it's pretty good though.

Occupation: Currently has no occupation.

Appearance: Kind of scrawny. Has black hair and gray eyes, an odd combination for certain. Face is somewhat feminine, and his body type doesn't help much. Mostly wears servant's clothing or formal clothes due to his former occupation. Bedtime clothes are simple and white, and the top has long sleeves. They probably aren't made out of anything too fancy.

Personality: Tries to be formal and courteous on the outside, but is actually usually nervous and generally tries too hard to impress people. Also quite anxious around strangers, since some of his abilities are seen as strange or even wicked. Uses some Italian in sentences unless specifically told not to. On the inside, he generally leans toward being a good person. He isn't very competitive and will often hide in the shadow of other people to blend in. Usually calm and collected. Shows above average wisdom for his age, unless it's about love or relationships.

Life Story: Elia was young when his family moved to Britain for his father's new job. His family had been servants to others for generations, and thus there was some expectation of experience from them. For many years, he just did his best to stay out of the way. One day though, an 'incident' occurred. It was minor, no one died, but it got him noticed among the local communities. While learning to serve drinks to others, one normally hot cup of tea came up completely frozen. At the time, it was obvious that it had been done while he was holding the cup. While some marveled at his gift, others called for the Witch-boy of (insert small-ish town here) to be burned. For now, he is well protected, but it seems like it will be only a matter of time before an angry mob forms.

Turned into a demon a few days before Halloween. His body will remain perpetually ten years old, while his mind struggles to keep up with an influx of new feelings and desires, brought about by an increase in mental development rate. Mentally, he could be said to be going through puberty in a form.
