I'm sorry. You can't simply request a character. You must apply for them. If you took the time to read our guidelines and applications, you would have known that. The applications are there for a reason: to make sure people applying actually know how to properly portray a character. Without that, who's to say we're not accepting a person that doesn't know the first thing about their character? So until you've taken the time to properly read over our documentation and submit a useful application, the answer is no.
