Abilities/Strengths: Well, he's the Dark Prince. He's very old, very wise, very cunning, and strong. He can shapeshift and turn into anything really. Whatever suits the situation. The form he pleases the most is of an adult male.
Inabilities/Weaknesses: Faith, mostly. When he lead the rebellion against the King of Heaven and lost, he was cursed with being affected by absolute faith. Holy relics can bother him, but only if the user has no doubt. If there is even an ounce of doubt, he can overcome it.

Personality: Lucifer is very suave and charming. He is the ultimate tempter and the master of desire. When he is in the mood to do so, he can make even very faithful men turn into sinners.
Now that he is older and 'more mature' as he likes to say, he thinks back on his rebellion and laughs. Despite the rocky relationship, he still, in some ways, works for the King of Heaven since he takes care of the mortals who are too sinful to enter Heaven.
He is a very business oriented man, taking his job seriously.
Life Story:Lucifer was once a highly respected angel. He lead a rebellion against the King of Heaven, wanting the same glory and important that the King had. The war was long and bloody, but in the end, the King came out victorious.
Instead of being sentenced to death, the King of Heaven cursed him and banished him. He and his rebellious angels were cast into another realm; a land barren and devoid of light. This realm became the Kingdom of Hell.
At one point in time, one of his most trusted demons turned against him [See Xetas' profile for details].
Now he runs Hell from his large palace at the center of the large, dystopian city. He's a very busy demon and typically doesn't have time to leave the palace or go to the mortal world to tempt humans like he used to; a past time he really misses.

IMPORTANT

This character will most likely be an admin-controlled character. Why you ask? Because Lucifer is the Prince of Hell and as such, he has immense power and should be played a certain way so it's not autoing.

Another reason is that Lucifer hardly leaves his palace and there might not be many times when he will actually be interacted with in the storyline.
